At Sweatbox Brooklyn we pride ourselves in not only being a boxing gym where you can reach your personal fitness goals while learning the art of the sweet science but also in creating an environment where you feel a sense of unity as you become part of the Sweatbox Family.
Providing hourly group training sessions, as well as 1-on-1 lessons, at Sweatbox Brooklyn we focus on boxing skills, endurance training, motor skill development and overall general body conditioning.
