CLASSIC BOXING WITH A MODERN TWIST, SWEATBOX CLASSIC TEACHES YOU ALL THE BOXING FUNDAMENTALS WITH SEPARATE 1 MINUTE INTERVALS CREATING THE CLASSIC 3 MINUTE ROUNDS OF MITT WORK AND HEAVY BAGS FOLLOWED BY A 1-MINUTE ACTIVE REST WITH BOXING CONDITIONING FAVORITES SUCH AS BURPEES AND BALL SLAMS. CLASS ENDS WITH A 10-MINUTE AB ROUTINE.

HEAD MOVEMENT / FOOT WORK

YOU CAN LEARN ALL THE CLASSIC BOXING MOVEMENTS YOU WANT, BUT IF YOU DON'T WORK ON HEAD MOVEMENT AND FOOT WORK, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO AVOID THE PUNCHES AND MOVE LIKE A BOXER. THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLASS IS TO IMPROVE YOUR AGILITY AND HAVE YOU MOVING AROUND MORE CONFIDENTLY IN THE RING. THIS CLASS IS COMPOSED OF 2 MINUTE ROUNDS WITH 1-MINUTE ACTIVE REST. CLASS ENDS WITH A 10-MINUTE AB ROUTINE.

FUNDAMENTAL / PRECISION

BACK TO BASICS. FOCUSING SOLELY ON PUNCH AND MOVEMENT TECHNIQUES, IN THE FUNDAMENTAL AND PRECISION MITTS CLASS YOU WILL IMPROVE ALL YOUR SOLO AND COMBINATION PUNCHES TO UNITE WITH ALL THE BOXING MOVEMENTS YOU WILL LEARN IN THE HEAD MOVEMENT & FOOT WORK CLASS. CLASS ENDS WITH A 10-MINUTE AB ROUTINE.

SWEATBOX CONDITIONING

THIS IS THE CLASS THAT WILL LAY THE FOUNDATION TO INCREASE YOUR STAMINA, STRENGTH AND MENTAL TENACITY TO BUILD THE FIGHTER'S MINDSET AND BODY YOU NEED! ROTATING BETWEEN STATIONS FOR 3 MINUTE ROUNDS YOU WILL BE QUICK FEET, BURPEES, BALL SLAMS, WITH JUST 15 SECOND BREAKS IN BETWEEN JUST TO GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO GET TO THE NEXT STATION. TO MAKE SURE YOU GET AN EXTRA BURN AT THE END. CLASS FINISHES OFF WITH A 10-MINUTE AB ROUTINE.
