THE SWEATBOX BROOKLYN WAY
Whether you are interested in boxing on a professional level, looking for a challenging and fun way to reach your fitness goals and/or want to work on your self defense skills while improving your confidence and building a sense of family, Sweatbox Brooklyn is for you.

From shadowboxing and circuit training to 1-on-1 pad work and even sparring in our official sized boxing ring, if you are up to it, our classes are designed to work your entire body while building your boxing skills.

OUR WORKOUTS
Hour long classic boxing training with a modern twist. From shadowboxing and heavy bag work to conditioning and mitt work, all Sweatbox classes are focused on building strength and stamina.
